1. It’s not what you say; It’s what your customer understands. Ask them questions and let them tell you their wants and needs. You are then in the best position to help match their needs
2. Continue to plan and set time set aside to do your prospecting and activity. If you don’t plan and hold yourself accountable, you won’t or will forget tasks you need to do. Timing is everything.
3. Believe in yourself and what you’re doing to help your customers. If you don’t believe what you are offering is beneficial then neither will your customer. Remind yourself you are offering something that can genuinely improve their life/experience of your services. Your confidence will always speak volumes for you.
