Do you know what you offer?
One of the biggest challenges to organisations of any size is knowing exactly what they offer and how it appeals to their customers.
So to start with, ask yourself a few simple questions.
What is it I offer? Not just the product itself but the service that backs it all up?
Does this meet the needs of my customers? (If you’re not sure ask them)
If what I want to offer does not meet the needs of my customers how much do I want to change or am I able to adjust what I am offering to meet those needs?
How do I ensure I am able to deliver this product and service consistently and then make mini adjustments to surpass my customers’ expectations?
Once you have these questions answered you can put together your strategy for training your team on where they fit in, how to deliver this and importantly how you communicate this message to customers.
Don’t forget this should be an ongoing process so you are able to adapt and move in a direction that allows you and your service to develop.
