£30 per month per person paid monthly for 3 months
 
1 Pre-recorded session and supporting follow up exercise per week emailed to each participant 
 
1 Live Q& A session per month
 
When you select this option you will be paying for your first month and set up 2 further payments to be collected automatically.  
 
I will then contact you personally to arrange delivery of the 1st months recorded sessions.
